  • Agreement to Terms: Welcome to Metamind Healthcare. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Metamind’s services and platform. By engaging with our clinic’s services (whether in-person or online via our website and associated systems), you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (which is hereby incorporated by reference). This is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Metamind Healthcare (“Metamind”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or platform​.
  • Clarity & Accessibility: We have tried to write these Terms in clear, accessible language while covering all important aspects. If you have any questions or require clarification (or need a copy in an alternate language as per the Indian Mental Health Act or any local law), please contact us.

1. Definitions

  • "Services": refers to all mental health services provided by Metamind, including but not limited to: individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, therapy for teenagers ("teen therapy"), eating disorder treatment programs, clinical supervision and training for mental health professionals, psychological assessments, neuropsychological testing, the Metamind Anxiety & Trauma Specialty unit (MATS), or more. Services encompass both offline services at our physical clinic and online services provided through our website or third-party platforms. The Services offered by Metamind are in compliance with our client anonymity and confidentiality policies (Refer to privacy policy).
  • "Platform": refers to any online interface we provide for Users, including our official website, any patient portal or scheduling system (e.g., Therasoft online appointment system), mobile applications, and any digital tools or communication channels (such as email or tele-therapy video calls) used to deliver our Services.
  • "User" or "Client": means any individual who accesses or uses our Services or Platform. This includes the person receiving therapy or services, and in the case of a minor client, it includes their parent or legal guardian. Sometimes "you" may also refer to a caregiver or guardian acting on behalf of the actual service recipient (context will make it clear).
